As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near the subway and just a few minutes from the Ramblas. the staff at Chic&Basic Habana Hoose was amazing, polite, and kind. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. the shampoos in the shower were also very cute. the restaurant downstairs had a classy atmosphere and the staff there were also wonderful. the coffee machine at the entrance of the hallways was a lifesaver.

There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. there was a problem with my room card but the staff quickly resolved it with a smile and politeness.

This allowed me to easily explore the city and indulge in the local culture. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with a Cuban and Scottish style that added a unique touch. The attention to detail was evident, from the lovely rooms with balconies to the basic amenities provided. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus, ensuring a delicious start to the day.

There were no major issues during my stay - everything was just right.

The hotel is situated in a great area, right next to a subway station and in the center of the city. the adjacent restaurant looks absolutely amazing, and there are plenty of other restaurants and cafes to choose from in the gothic quarter. the bathrooms are clean, and there are plenty of amenities such as soft towels and nice smelling cosmetics.

The lighting could be better throughout the hotel.

The breakfast was included with our room and it was quite filling. We also received complementary chocolates at check-in, which was a nice touch. It was very easy to explore the city from our hotel, with everything within walking distance. the room was cozy and had a very romantic atmosphere, which added to our overall experience.

The noise level in and around our hotel was very disruptive to our romantic escape. We could hear traffic, loud people, and other guests through the walls and windows.
